COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES
A committee meeting was held on 20 May. The minutes are attached. Our apologies that the meeting wasn't advertised in a newsletter / Facebook etc. Nevertheless we're happy to see that members are using the suggestions box at the bar. Please continue to do so. Alternatively you can email graftoncommittee@gmail.com and they will gladly address any query you may have.
NO CARD PAYMENTS UNTIL SATURDAY 1st JUNE
Unfortunately we’re having some issues with the switch over to our new broadband provider. As this affects the till system this means we will operate a cash only policy until Saturday 1st June.
Tabs will not be available.
Please ensure you bring cash with you.
Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We’ll keep you updated with any further developments. Hopefully all issues will be resolved at the very soonest.
SELFIE COMPETITION (on-going)
If you're headed to Paris, let’s be seeing those selfies!!! Post them on Facebook or on the Grafton Whatsapp group The Chronicle...we’ll be throwing these in with the Wimbledon Selfie comp. This is a summer grand slam-- and that means prizes.

FINAL CHANCE TO ENTER GRAFTON CUP
The final remaining places for this year’s Grafton Cup are selling out quickly. To make sure you don’t miss out on your chance to play in what some may say is “the premier one-day doubles tournament in south London” (Sutton, 2018) email graftoncup@gmail.com ASAP.
£10 entry per person gets you entry to a full day’s tennis, balls and a sandwich lunch. The bar will be open throughout the day and so there will also be plenty of opportunities to toast your success, drown your sorrows and cheer/jeer your competition. Make sure you don’t miss out!
