ABOUT YOU YOGA (Thursdays 7pm-8pm)
This from our very own yoga instructor:
For those of you I haven't met yet it's really nice to meet you! My name is Jess Nelson and I teach the 7-8pm yoga class in your wonderful club every Thursday. Our class already includes some of your fabulous tennis & squash members but I'd love to entice a few more of you to join us so you can feel the complimentary benefits to your tennis & squash regime and help keep you injury-free. So as an incentive I've reintroduced the discounted rate and you can come along for your first class for only £5.
When & Where? Thursday evening 7- 8pm @ Grafton Tennis & Squash club, main function room.
Mats - I have plenty of spare mats so you don't have to bring your own but feel free to if you prefer.
Competitive Prices...
- First class only £5
- Drop-in classes £12
- Block of 5 classes £50 (to be used within 8 weeks)
- Block of 10 classes £80 (to be used within 16 weeks)

GRAFTON CUP REMINDER (23 June)
Entry is now open for the Grafton Cup, the premier one-day doubles tournament on Saturday 23rd June. A quarter of places have already been snapped up so make sure you email graftoncup@gmail.com soon to avoid disappointment!
