Greetings Graftonites, Another week, another bulletin with more announcements of interest to squash and tennis players alike. RACQUETBALL SOCIAL A number of members have expressed an interest in starting up a Racquetball league / Racquetball club morning. If you would like to get involved in this then please email Will Wessely wez50@msn.com to express an interest. If you have never played Racquetball before, it's a brilliant game that is very similar to squash but perhaps a little easier on the body as the ball moves slower. It is also a great game for Tennis players who perhaps aren't too keen on playing in the winter and / or want to take up squash but struggle with the fast movement required. CHRISTMAS RAFFLE 3 December is less than three weeks away, so please sign up at the bar and buy some raffle tickets to earn the chance of winning some great prizes. Apart from the usual Christmas goodies of cakes chocs bubbly and assorted vino, the following will be up for grabs: Tennis/Squash lessons Golf lesson Pilates lesson Restaurant vouchers Homemade Jams And plenty more...!
