NEWSLETTER - Summer Opening Hours (Week of 29 July 2019)

Greetings Graftonites: 

As summer goes into full swing, this week's newsletter very much impacts all members, regardless of whether you play tennis or squash or are more of a socialite, so do read on:

***If you wish to put an announcement in next Monday’s broadcast, the only way to do so is by sending your broadcast to graftoncomms@gmail.com by Friday 6pm.*** 


SUMMER CLUBHOUSE OPENING HOURS

Please note that the club house will be open at the following hours over the holiday period:

Wednesday 31st July to Thursday 5th September

Monday:- 6pm – 11pm
Tuesday: 6pm – 11pm
Wednesday: 6pm – 11pm      
Thursday: 6pm – 9pm
Friday: Closed
Saturday: Closed                    
Sunday : 6pm-9pm     

 
If you intend to play tennis and squash outside of these times and require light tokens, please ensure you either purchase these in advance or bring enough change in the form of £1 coins in order to obtain them from the token machine on the bar.

Access to the clubhouse outside of opening hours can be gained via the keypad lock on the back the door. The code for this lock is C1469.

Access to the squash courts outside of opening hours can be gained via the keypad lock on the squash building door. The code for this lock is C1469.

IMPORTANT –Please ensure you always close these doors behind you when you leave.


CALLING ALL PHOTOGRAPHERS

We don't seem to have any photographs at all from Finals Day. None so far have been posted on Facebook. If you were down that day and happened to have a phone with you, please share any photos you may have taken. Let's relive what was the culmination of months of tennis, selfies, baking, chronicling...

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
