This past week the Legendettes final was played:
Morvern Scott defeated Melanie Gibbs 75 62 in a high-quality match.
The very last Summer Champs final will be played, tomorrow, Tuesday 15 August at 1900:
Dawn Plimmer and Giorgina Zinunula [1] vs Melanie Gibbs and Morvern Scott [2]
This match has twice been rained off, but we've checked with the weather gods, and this should be played in summery conditions. So come and see the final 2017 Summer Champs trophy be awarded to one of these teams!

SQUASH HANDICAP 2017 (Entries open till Mon 11 Sept)
Graeme will be running the Grafton Squash Handicap again this year – starting in late September with the aim of finishing before or soon after Xmas. The format will be the same as previous years; (i) each player has a handicap based on their box league and/or Squash Levels ranking; (ii) rounds are drawn randomly; (iii) best of three games in early rounds (unless players agree best of 5) with American scoring to 15; (iv) plate for first and probably second round losers (depends on numbers); (v) best of final with cheap drinks on offer to spectators. All you need to do is give Lucas £5 and get him to add you to the list (in the bar). Graeme will keep entries open until MONDAY 11th SEPTEMBER and use the list to draw the first round matches that can be played soon after.

SURREY KNOCKOUTS (Entries open till Sun 27 Aug)
The prestigious Surrey Winter Tennis Knockouts are now accepting entries! Grafton has enjoyed a considerable degree of success of late, and many can attest to the fact that this is a fun way to test your mettle against different opposition. Entries need to be made by the players themselves who need to enter through their personal LTA account via the LTA website. Here's the link to enter:

PLEASE NOTE: You CANNOT enter for your doubles partner, each player must enter themselves!
Finals Day: 31st March at the National Tennis Centre.
