Let's start off by thanking the Social Committee for organising yet another great event this past Saturday. The American Doubles Tournament was very well attended and we're told that the party kept on going till the wee hours of the morning! Pictures available on The Chronicle and over on Facebook.

GRAFTON CUP (15 JUNE)
Everyone should already know that this year’s Grafton Cup will be held on Saturday 15 June. For new members (or maybe those a bit too tired and emotional to remember last year’s event) this is our premier one day double tournament. We have Cup, Plate and Saucer trophies so this really is fit for all.
We will send out more details in the coming weeks, including how to enter. But if you would be interested in helping organising or running the tournament on the day, please email graftoncup@gmail.com. Old... we mean ‘experienced’ hands will there to help, so please do get involved if you would like.
LADIES' NIGHT (Fri 3 May from 7pm)
Our next ladies’ social will be on Friday 3rd May from 7pm. If you haven’t already, join the WhatsApp group via the link below and let us know if you’ll be attending so we can gauge numbers. All (ladies) welcome for a couple of hours’ play then a social drink or two in the bar afterwards. See you there.
