SQUASH HANDICAP ENTRIES
The ever popular Grafton Squash Handicap starts in early September:
(i) each player has a handicap based on their box league and/or Squash Levels ranking;
(ii) rounds are drawn randomly;
(iii) best of three games in early rounds (unless players agree best of 5) with American scoring to 15;
(iv) plate for first and probably second round losers (depends on numbers);
(v) best of final with cheap drinks on offer to spectators.
To sign up, please give Lucas £5 and he will add you to the list in the bar.
Entries close SUNDAY 2nd SEPTEMBER - first round draw soon after!!!

TENNIS LATE CANCELLATION FEES
With the upward trend in membership levels, the Club would like to ensure that members are able to play tennis when they want to. In our efforts to ensure the maximum number of courts are made available we're amending the late cancellation and no-show rules as follows:
A £5 fee will now apply to peak-time bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Peak-time booking times subject to late-cancellation fees are as follows:
· Monday -Thursday 7pm – 10pm
· Saturday / Sunday 10am – 1pm
Exclusions
· Bad weather
· Exceptional circumstances
Bad Weather
Cancellation fees are automatically applied by our My-Courts booking system. When the weather forecast indicates that play will be compromised, late cancellation and no-show fees will not apply. The removal of fees assigned to your account is a manual process, so please let us know if we miss anything.
