NEW GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS (GDPR)
You may be aware of the new general data protection regulations (GDPR) coming into play from 25th May 2018. This affects us at Grafton in terms of how we collect, store and process your personal information, provided to us when you join the club.
Please read the Privacy Policy attached for more information.
IMPORTANT - ACTION REQUIRED:
To continue being able to book courts, receive Grafton newsletters and have your contact details visible in the Member’s Directory on the club website/court booking system, you need to log in to mycourts and set your privacy settings.
You should be prompted to complete this the next time to log in however if not, please follow the instructions below:
1) Log in to mycourts
2) Click the heading on the left hand side ‘Privacy Settings’
3) Under Contact Details – Tick the box to confirm which contact details you would like to show on the system.
4) If you do not tick a box then you will show as ex-directory and unfortunately after 25th May you will no longer receive emails from the system and no one will be able to contact you to arrange matches.
