Surrey Tennis Winter Knockouts We know it seems surreal to think about the Winter months, especially as the Summer Champs are gearing up to a grande finale, but we need to cast our minds ahead to more glory. More fun, more competitions that are available at our doorstep. Herewith the link for entering the Winter tournaments. Auction/Floodlights/Squash Courts Update The Auction was a massive success raising £4000+ which greatly contributes towards our two projects for this year. So big thanks to all who helped to achieve this. - Floodlights Courts 1/2 This is a complex operation but we're on course to have them in place for this winter. - Squash Court 3 We are pleased to inform you that work will be done shortly following negotiations with insurers etc. Possibly even as soon 2/3 September... A bonus is that courts 1/2 will be refurbished/sanded at the same time. Thanks for your patience meanwhile. Planning progresses for drainage/insulation/heating works on the squash courts building. Grafton Noticeboard Lucas has created space in the bar for this, so feel free to advertise goods for sale/services/accommodation etc It will likely be located just besides the IT Centre that we use to check court bookings.
