Tennis Booking Rules
- Members can book courts up to 14 days in advance but not before 7am each morning.
- Monday - Friday, members can book only one 90-minute court per day except for court 5 (max 2 hours per day).
- Saturday & Sunday, members can book up to 2 consecutive hours for the same day.
- Members can book up to 2 consecutive hours of tennis for the same day.
- Members are encouraged to show the opponent's name.
- Members playing on a court that has not been booked in their name before going on the court may be asked to leave the court.
- No-Shows: A £10 fine will be imposed on members who do not cancel courts and do not use them; the exception to this will be in the case of bad weather (ie if no play is possible at all); if fines are not paid within 10 days, booking facilities will be withdrawn. NB: If you can't get online to cancel your court, you can cancel by phoning the bar on 020 8673 2891 and a message will suffice.
Squash Booking Rules
- Members can book courts up to 14 days in advance but not before 7am each morning.

- Members MUST specify an opponent on the mycourts system within a week or will forfeit the booking.
- Members playing on a court that has not been booked in their name before going on the court may be asked to leave the court.
Cancellations
- Members are encouraged to cancel a court as soon as possible so that the court may be used by other members.
- Tennis:
- A £5 fee will be imposed when cancellation of peak-hour court bookings is made less than 24 hours in advance of the booking time.
- Court peak hours are :
- Monday-Friday booking starting from 1900 to 2200 hours (not included)
- Saturday and Sunday bookings starting from 900 to 1600 hours.
- Exceptions to this will be made the case of bad weather or exceptional circumstances.
- Cancellation fees are due for payment within 10 days. In the result of non-payment booking facilities will be withdrawn

- Squash:
- A £5 fee will be imposed when cancellation of peak-hour court bookings is made less than 24 hours in advance of the booking time, or when a court remains booked but unused ("no-show").
- Peak hours are bookings to play Monday - Friday starting between 1815 and 2030 hours.
- There will be a 10-day deadline to pay late-cancellation fines, otherwise access to the booking system will be denied until payment is received.
- Members may change the time of a squash court booking on a given day without penalty even if this falls within the 48 hour cancellation window (ie if a more convenient time becomes available).
Guests
- Guests must play with a member.
- Members are also reminded that their Guests must sign the Visitors Book to be found by the bulletin board.
- There is a guest fee £5.00 per session for a guest playing no more than six times per year.
