Tennis Booking Rules

• Members can book courts up to 14 days in advance but not before 7am each morning.
• Monday - Friday, members can book only one 90-minute court per day except for court 5 (max 2 hours per day).
• Saturday & Sunday, members can book up to 2 consecutive hours for the same day.
• Members can book up to 2 consecutive hours of tennis for the same day.
• Members must select playing partners/opponents to show on the Booking Sheets.
• Members playing on a court that has not been booked in their name before going on the court may be asked to leave the court.
• Peak hours are :
  • Monday-Friday booking starting from 4 to 10 pm (not included)
  • Saturday and Sunday bookings starting from 9 am to 4 pm.

Squash Booking Rules

• Members can book courts up to 14 days in advance but not before 7am each morning.

• Members MUST specify an opponent on the mycourts system within a week or will forfeit the booking.
• Members playing on a court that has not been booked in their name before going on the court may be asked to leave the court.
• Peak hours are Monday - Friday from 5.30 pm onwards, and Saturday - Sunday before 2.30 pm.

Cancellations

• Members are encouraged to cancel a court as soon as possible so that the court may be used by other members.

Guests

• Guests must play with a member.
• Members are only allowed to play Guests at the times below
  • Monday - Thursday : 8am - 4pm / 8:30pm - 10pm
  • Friday : 8am - 12pm / 8:30pm - 10pm
  • Saturday / Sunday : 8am - 9am / 4pm - 10pm
• When playing a Guest, you must select one of the Guest options to show on the booking sheets.
  • The system will automatically charge the Guest Fee shown to your booking system account.
  • You must to select Guest (s) for each of the booking timeslots used in your session.
  • If you're no longer playing a Guest, you can change your playing partner/opponent to a member, and the Guest fee will be removed.
  • This can be done when you book the court or any time before playing.
  • If you forget to select Guest as the playing partner/opponent before playing, then please be sure to use the facility to "TransferCredit" @ £5 per guest to any one of the Guest accounts..
• Members will need to "Buy Credit" via the booking system to cover their Guest charges in order to continue booking courts.
