BEAT THE BLUES BONANZA PART II (Fri 1 Feb from 630pm)
This is a brand new item to add to our 2019 social agenda! It will involve social tennis followed by France v Wales in the 6 Nations (8pm kick off). Tennis from 6.30pm. Themed food, fizz (alcoholic drinks!) and lights included- what more could you possibly want?
£10 per person – sign up at the bar or email graftonparties@gmail.com
Info for winter mixed players:
· Winter mixed bonus point if your pair sign up by 25th Jan and pay the £10 entry fee in advance (no need to play a match on the day to get a point)
· Depending on attendance we’ll try to make some courts available for winter match group games
· If you organised a match in advance with another pair please email wintermixed1819@gmail.com to arrange for a court.
RACKETBALL / SQUASH 57 PART II (Fri 8 Feb from 7pm)
We have had enough positive responses to arrange the introductory session; this is set for Friday 8 February 1900-2100 (plus supper afterwards). Equipment will be provided. Non-marking shoes essential.

CLAY COURT SERVICE PART II
When you have finished running the dragmats over the entire court (not just the playing surface), please shake the clay off the mats onto the playing surface before hanging them up. This avoids the clay collecting at the fences. (This came from the good folks who performed the clay court maintenance last Wednesday, so worth bearing in mind...)
WINTER QUIZ DATES (Wed 23 Jan from 9pm)
With 2019 now in full swing, it's about time to gear up for the first quiz of the new year. If you have any cobwebs left, dust them off and be prepared to engage those brain cells.....2019 here we come!
The new quiz season kicks on 23rd Jan at 9pm after social tennis.

PRIVATE PARTY (Sat 19 Jan from 3pm)
The club house will be out of action from 3pm on Saturday due to a private party. There will still be access to the changing rooms and toilets.
If you plan to play and will need lights / floodlights please purchase these in advance as the bar will be busy. Thanks for your cooperation.
