Greetings Graftonites,
We continue to comply with LTA and Squash England guidelines. Over the coming weeks and months, we hope to be able to further open up squash, tennis and the club house. In the meantime, this is what we can share:

ACCESS TO TOILETS
As we continue the process of slowly returning to normality, as of today, Monday, reduced toilet facilities and access to floodlights will be available.
When using these it’s is vital you
stick to ALL hygiene and social distancing guidelines.
Please take some time to read the following carefully:
*Unisex Toilet: Door Code c1469*
The cubicles in the Gents' changing rooms will now form a unisex toilet. This is accessible via the side door by the kitchen. Note: showers and changing areas remain closed.
It is essential that you:
- spray the door code pad on entry and exit
- wipe/spray toilet after using the antibacterial spray and sanitary wipes provided
- sash your hands throughly and use the hand gel provided (or bring your own)
The area will be thoroughly cleaned daily. Some of you may have already noticed we've installed sanitation stations.
FLOODLIGHTS FOR TENNIS

Tennis light boxes are situated in the kitchen, accessible via the side door. Two boxes of tokens will be provided in the kitchen under the light boxes. Small silver tokens for courts 1/2 and brass tokens for courts 3-8.
An honesty box for cash will be provided. Tokens cost £5 and last for 45 minutes. If you have an 8:30pm court booking please ensure you bring cash with you. In the interests of hygiene, bank transfers are also permitted:

The main kitchen area remains closed. Socialising in the kitchen is strictly prohibited.
*NON-MEMBERS*
A further reminder that all club facilities remain closed to non-members.
We understand the frustration this may cause but ask all members continue to be respectful of this policy, put in place for be following reasons:
- It’s vital all players are aware of the rules on safe play;
- Courts pressure is currently high, and access to members must remain priority;
- We have no way of administering guest fees.
We hope to be able to reinstate social sessions and team practices very soon, especially given that it's a great way for new members to get to know the club and meet other members.
TENNIS MEMBERSHIP CAPPED
Since we reopened we have been inundated with requests, many of which have translated into new tennis members. You will have noticed that court pressure is high. So it has been decided to cap the membership (for the first time in Grafton history) and adopt a one in, one out policy.
So if you know of interested parties please advise them accordingly. Membership remains open for:
